Waiting for her to appear

Recently, Mingchao has updated version 1.3. I opened the game as usual, like turning on an old lamp. The night was quiet, and the light and shadow of the card pool were spread on the screen, very quiet and bright, as if someone was slowly walking towards me.

There are two new characters in the card pool this time. The shore guard and Yuhu.

The shore guard is a five-star character, uses a sound sensor, and is a healer. She is not noisy, and is not the kind of character that attracts noise as soon as she goes online. But everyone knows that she is very important. She can add blood and make teammates hit harder, just like those people who have been silently helping you clean up the mess behind you in life. They are not dazzling, but reassuring.

She can also turn into a butterfly. This is very special, not for showing off skills, but like an escape, and also like a search. She flies lightly, perhaps because she has a place to go. She hasn’t really appeared in the plot yet, but the system tells us that she will come. The feeling of “not appearing yet, but as if we have known each other for a long time” is a bit magical.

I drew her several times in the card pool that was launched on September 29, but I didn’t win. Watching the light column rise and go out, it was like mustering up the courage to call, but the call was hung up after only one ring.

The second half of the card pool is here, on October 24. Yuhu is here.

She is a four-star, condensation attribute, and holding arm armor. At first glance, she is the kind of person who knows what she wants better than you. She can fight and heal, and can also double the damage of teammates’ coordinated attacks. The skill description looks like cold calculations, but every move she makes seems to be born to take care of teammates. There are no ostentatious light effects, and no extra movements, but if you watch her for a long time, you will feel that she is very important.

She reminds me of the nurse aunt in the clinic downstairs when I was a child. She doesn’t talk much, wears an old blue uniform all year round, moves neatly, and never complains. Once I fell down, passers-by walked past, she helped me up and said, “Don’t be afraid.” Thinking back now, I still feel warm.

I used Treabar to top up, and they said there was a 20% discount, and the money would arrive very quickly. I clicked the top up button, as if to say to someone, “I’m ready.”

In fact, after playing games for so many years, I already knew that not every card draw will have a good result, and not everyone can have the character they want. But sometimes, drawing cards is not for becoming stronger, but for someone to appear by your side on a night when you need company.

Whether it’s the shore guard or the coral, they are not the protagonists, but they are like the most indispensable people in life. You may not remember all their lines, but you will remember the battle they accompanied you through.

I will continue to draw. Maybe it’s not because I have to draw someone, but because they remind me of some people, some gentle, firm, inconspicuous but very important people.

They haven’t left the card pool yet, and I’m still waiting.

The days of waiting for her to appear may not be so difficult.
